Suite 100 at Rock Spring Resort is a fully furnished, spacious first-floor serviced apartment featuring 5 comfortable beds and 2 full bathrooms. It is ideal for families and includes a fully equipped kitchen and a large dining space for shared meals. This suite boasts two themed rooms, adding a fun touch to your stay, and offers two convenient points of entry for easy access. There is also a laundry area in the second bathroom, making the chore more convenient. Enjoy a welcoming and spacious home base! Welcome to Rock Spring Resort, a place to relax, a place to call home. We offer flexible living with weekly or monthly rent options with no credit or background check. Reservations of 90+ days qualify for the lowest rates. Rates include a fully furnished & equipped apartment, weekly cleaning, all utilities, high-speed Wi-fi, and access to all resort amenities. We also provide Netflix, Disney+, and Hulu for streaming! A fully refundable deposit of one week's rent will secure your move-in date! Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet deposit of $100/pet and an additional $8/week/pet rent. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment; however, we provide smoking stations at each of the building exits. A $500 fine will be charged if you violate this policy. Weekly cleaning includes a fresh set of bed linens, fresh towels and washcloths, a full bathroom scrub, and floor cleaning. You will be responsible for your own dishes, dusting, and trash removal. We provide a dumpster for garbage disposal as well as an on-site coin laundry room for guest use. Please notify management of any maintenance issues promptly so we can get them fixed in a timely manner.
