Outside on the deck is the outdoor kitchen which has a 4 burner grill with an additional side burner for pots and pans as well as a kitchen sink and plenty of counter space. Inside is a memory foam king bed, a loveseat sitting area with smart TV, a table that can be used for dining, an antique dresser, and an antique armoire with writing desk. Ocean access! Do you have a small boat or jet ski? There is a neighborhood boat ramp within walking distance to the house so you can launch and you can tie up right in front of the studio's deck. LOCATION!! Walking distance to the wonderful Baypoint Park! Our small community is so lucky to have this incredible public park which includes tennis/pickleball courts, bocce ball courts, a playground, a basketball court, a beach volleyball court, a nice grassy field, shade trees, and benches. Adjacent to the park is world famous Baby's Coffee which is a must try. One month minimum rental, 7 months max. Pets considered, NO SMOKING INSIDE OR OUT, there is a small washing machine and a clothesline but no dryer. Available June 1, 2025. Two adults max. Bay Point MM15.
