The cottage features two bedrooms (each with queen bed), full bathroom (shower only, no tub), second toilet in the laundry room, outdoor shower, fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, microwave), cable TV and DVD, CD stereo, and shared laundry. There is a nice little yard with patio furniture, gas BBQ and racks to store windsurfing gear. The cottage is just a minute by car to "downtown" Paia, which offers bank, post office, restaurants, a great health food store, gas stations, and small boutique shops. Beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler are provided.
