The two bedrooms upstairs offer privacy from each other but share a Jack and Jill bathroom providing a more comfortable and spacious combination bath and shower, a painted vanity with Ubatuba granite and a large mirror. The half bath downstairs is located next to the mudroom which is where you will find the LG washer and dryer. There is tandem parking for 2 cars in the private driveway adjacent to the Cottage. A hardscaped patio with outdoor seating is a great place to hang out while you barbecue or where you can dine al fresco. The Cottage is located about 8 miles from Downtown Boston and Boston Logan International Airport, and within 11 miles of these universities: Harvard (7.4), Tufts (5.1), BU (10.9), Northeastern (11.2), Lesley (7.6), and MIT (10.1). Or, if you want to avoid the cost of parking and don't want the driving hassles, "pahk the cah" in the Cottage driveway and take the bus to the Orange Line into North Station. It takes about 35 to 40 minutes. The bus stop is located 2/10ths of one mile from the Cottage. Stoneham Center is walking distance from the Cottage. Owner pays for water, electricity, trash, lawn care, snow removal and internet wifi. Renter responsible for gas. No smoking allowed. Up to two pets permitted with additional pet fee.
