Has good sized front yard, driveway with parking for up to 4 to 6 cars. House has central AC unit and is heated by gas, also has laundry room with hookups. The house can be partially furnished with stackable washer and dryer and 3 bed frames (2 queens and 1 full size) you just bring mattresses and sheets, kitchen table and sofa or you can bring your own furniture/beds too. The views from the deck are amazing. UNIT WILL BE AVAILABLE STARTING EARLY SEP to May 31st (9 month lease max). Sorry no pets or smokers.
