Signal Mountain contemporary 1979 built home in Carriage Hill. 4,040 square feet, 4 bedroom, 3-1/2 bath, 2 car garage and fortunate siting on a cul-de-sac yielding front and rear driveways. Carriage Hill is a “front of the mountain” location that is a great compromise between the need to drive downtown and the drive to the Signal Mountain schools, or, the door-to-door distance to Baylor School is six miles.
