The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing meals, and the attached sunroom offers a peaceful space to relax. Outside, enjoy two patio spaces with a grill, dining table, and seating, along with a bike wash station on the side of the house. The home includes a washer and dryer for guest use. This property is pet-friendly, allowing dogs with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Renters must fill out a guest card to use amenities such as fitness centers, lakes, boating, fishing, tennis, and golf, with a $30 fee associated with this. The Bella Vista POA Member Services office is not open during weekends, so arrangements must be made in advance. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking indoors will result in a $1,000 fine plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM.
