This Cape Cod style single family home offers 3 bedrooms, 1 bedroom on the first level and 2 bedrooms and full bathroom on the second level. Additional house features include 1 living room, 1 dining room, hardwood floors throughout, propane fuel with tankless hot water heater, AC wall units, a large deck, fenced yard, a garage, and ample storage space in unfinished basement. The tenants are responsible for the cost of all utilities (propane gas, electric and water), maintaining/cutting the lawn, leaves and snow removal. We use Avail (a rental property management system operated by Realtor.com) for credit references and background check ($55 per adult). We require a complete application for all adults over the age of 18 that will reside in the home regardless of marital or family status. No additional application fees are required. Move-in money required: First month's rent plus security deposit (1.5 months). If your application is accepted, you will have 24 hours to make an appointment to complete a lease agreement and pay of the security deposit to hold the home. Until move in, this is non-refundable. Once you move in, you will pay the other half of the deposit and it all becomes potentially fully refundable. Number of Occupants: The Town of North Haven sets a limit of 3 non-related people living in a single-family residence. For example, if 4 people will be living there then at least 2 must be related, if 5 people will be living there then at lease 3 must be related...etc. There are no exceptions to this town ordinance. This is a non-smoking property. Up to 2 smaller pets allowed upon approval with $300 non-refundable deposit and a monthly fee ($25) per pet.
