You may smoke outside, but if we find any evidence of smoking inside we will have to charge you the $200 smoking fee. - Any additional guests past the number you booked for will need to be cleared with us before their arrival. We do allow visitors with permission, but if they're unauthorized we charge $100 per visitor. This is just to protect ourselves from events getting out of control without our knowledge. - We thoroughly clean every listing but cannot always control if smoke or other odors get into the unit from outside. As such, unwanted smells are not grounds for a refund under any circumstance. We will provide an ozone machine upon request within 24 hours for odor removal. - This listing is sprayed regularly for pests if you see a dead bug, that means pest control is working! Bugs come out to die when they are killed as such, the presence of a dead bug will not be considered valid grounds for a refund.
