We do allow visitors with permission, but if they're unauthorized we charge $100 per visitor. This is just to protect ourselves from events getting out of control without our knowledge. - We thoroughly clean every listing but cannot always control if smoke or other odors get into the unit from outside. As such, unwanted smells are not grounds for a refund under any circumstance. We will provide an ozone machine upon request within 24 hours for odor removal. - This listing is sprayed regularly for pests if you see a dead bug, that means pest control is working! Bugs come out to die when they are killed as such, the presence of a dead bug will not be considered valid grounds for a refund.
