The location! The apartment building is not very exciting, but it sits on the corner of Melbourne Street and Eastern Promenade. Step out the front door and the bay is right in front of you. Perfect for walking or biking or relaxing and looking at the water. The apartment comes fully furnished and is very light and sunny--good energy. Second bedroom is small but nice. Washer/dryer in basement. Right on Metro bus #1 route. The apartment also comes with indoor/outdoor cat. She is about 9 years old, and she's a sweetheart. I'll be living in Japan as a volunteer for one year. I want to keep my apartment form when I return. I need a renter(s) who will sign on my lease with me, at Aquarius Property Management
