A large 12" x 14" spacious, private room with a queen-size bed in a recently renovated 1898 Victorian home ( to code Jan 2020) with over 1500 square feet of common area which includes two sitting rooms, office space, and shared kitchen and laundry room. All new appliances and all basic cooking spices and condiments, maple syrup, and regional jellies are provided. The laundry room includes storage for your supplies as does the upstairs bathroom. The home is shared with the owner and the dog. It's an easy commute to St. Albans or Burlington in a quiet neighborhood. Public transportation is available across the street. The monthly rate is calculated at $45/day plus the pet fee (if applicable). No cleaning fees or other misc charges are required. The rooms are single occupancy only. with no overnight guests. All linens and many kitchen pantry items are included (a list is provided upon completion of the lease). Seeking female traveling nurses only. This is a mid-term 30-180 day maximum rental for female professionals. Utility costs are included in the rental price. A fee for your dog of $150/mo is added to the base rent. Your pet will be included in day to day activities, fed and let out during your working hours. When you are not at work your dog is your responsibility. Additional pet sitting available on request with advance notice and agreement. Parking is designated at time of lease agreement.
