The pictures are from the shore front which is about a two minute walk from your future energy efficient cape style home. The home to be built is super insulated and powered by solar electricity. Heating and cooling is provided by mini split air source heat pumps. What could be better, a private beach and a home that produces its own energy. Pictures are of recently finished homes. The 2nd set of plans are a 2600 square foot home that is also to be built to zero energy standards. The land can be purchased without the building package.
