Welcome to our School House Cottage located in the heart of the Berkshires. Set in front of the ledges of Warner Mountain, this historic home was originally a three room schoolhouse. An addition in the 1960's transformed it into a private home which it remained for many years. Recently renovated it is now a peaceful 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage with all the comforts of home. Located on the side of Butternut Ski Resort, this property is under half a mile to the resort entrance, making it extremely convenient for skiers. Tired of hitting the slopes? A five minute drive will bring you to the restaurants, theaters and shops of Great Barrington. Venture down route 7 to explore the hidden treasures in antique shops. Or call it a night and relax in your own private rental with a fully equipped kitchen and smart tv. Kids have plenty of room to play in the large front and side yards. This cottage comfortably sleeps 5-6. Bedroom one has a queen size bed. Bedroom two has a twin bed that pulls out into a larger bed, comfortable for two. The living room has a couch that pulls out into a double bed also comfortable for two. Towels and linens are provided.
