WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Home owners are light sleepers who occupy first floor directly under the unit, so we are looking for A=SINGLE=1=ONE tenant who is a mature, quiet (sorry, no parties and only an occasional guest), responsible (both in paying the rent on-time, and securing the unit when you leave), non-smoking (smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property), with a spotless criminal record. We are animal lovers, but there are NO PETS ALLOWED in the unit. RENTAL TERMS Month-to-month tenancy-at-will, automatically renewed monthly, and cancelled with a 30 day notice given when you pay your last month's rent.
