Set upon Great Neck hill, this winterized cottage has a great ambiance and a nice view of the water where the Atlantic meets the mouth of Ipswich River. Spacious and fun. You can walk right down to Pavilion Beach within 10 minutes and access to Clark Beach. Fully furnished and equipped for a relaxing vacation or extended stay. Plenty of sporting and touring activities in the area. 2 Bedrooms, each with a queen bed. Fully equipped kitchen. Small driveway enough for 2 cars. Nice deck with outdoor furniture during warm months. No Year-long rentals. Multi-month rental only from December 1, 2025 through May 20, 2026. Tenant will pay utilities at actual usage charge for internet/cable, electricity, gas (stove & hot water) and oil (heat). No Smoking. No Parties. REQUIRED: You can either have a regular monthly cleaning at $120/month or pay at the end for a deep clean.
