There is a large master bedroom with a king size bed and walk-in closet with a new sliding glass door that opens to the ground level deck. A second full bathroom with double vanity. A bunk room with a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin size trundle and a crib. This area also has a large closet with plenty of storage space. There is a large entryway/mudroom area with plenty of space to store your beach gear. You will also find a laundry room/utility closet with a brand new Samsung washer and dryer on this level. The entire house (inside and out) is equipped with a wireless Sonos sound system. You can even link it to your own Pandora, Spottify, or SiriusXM accounts and control from your phone to listen to your favorite summer jams all day long! There is also a brand new ductless AC system to keep you cool on those hot summer nights. As beautiful as this house is inside, you will want to get outside and enjoy all the great deck space it has to offer! Three levels of newly added Timbertech decking provide plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the sunshine (or shade!) A warm inviting open front porch welcomes you back from the beach with plenty of space to drop your outdoor items. The second level deck area features a Weber gas grill and table that seats 6. The top deck is perfect for pre-dinner cocktails as the sun goes down or relaxing at night after the kids have gone to sleep. There is a large, newly landscaped backyard complete with an outdoor shower. The brand new driveway easily fits 4 cars. Minutes away from all the Montauk hot spots, Ditch Plains is the perfect neighborhood to enjoy your summer vacation. Drive up the road to The Crow's Nest and watch the sun set over Lake Montauk or ride your bike up to the Montauk Lighthouse and listen to live music on a weekend afternoon. Take a trail ride at Deep Hollow Ranch, hike up the bluffs, or explore the Shadmoor trails. Or, head in to town or out to any of Montauk's great bars and restaurants, like Harvest, Navy Beach, The Surf Lodge, or South Edison. And there's always a new place to check out each season!
