Neighborhood Description It's a small town of 1,915 people, centrally located just 15 minutes from the county seat of Greenfield and the college towns of Amherst and Northampton. The family across the street are very nice people with children and a dog. The rest of the neighbors are friendly but quiet in their own lives. It is located on a pleasant to walk cul de sac in a nice community. A library is just yards away. The primary school is near and the high school is right down the street. Just around the corner is a cybercafe, a laundrymat, a bakery, a pizza joint, a Subway, Wolfies Deli, and the upscale restaurant. Two local book dealers are in the neighborhood. Town hall is two blocks away and the fire department is nearby but not within earshot. I love my home and plan to return there. The property currently is rented by a wonderful family whose lease ends May 2011.
