For extended stays, the apartment includes a full laundry room with extra storage areas and a designated covered parking spot. A mandatory guest access fee of $125 per person per night is required for guests aged 13 and over, payable upon arrival with the resort Member Services. This fee grants access to club amenities, with a maximum charge of 5 days. In winter, the ski access is beginner and snowboard friendly, with easy access to the Jayhawk lift leading to Madison Base. Check-in is made easy with a personal home-orientation conducted by the property manager, who also assists with luggage and questions.
