One bedroom is on the main floor with 1 bathroom and 3 bedrooms are upstairs with 2 full bathrooms. Full kitchen, Living Room and south facing Sunroom. Regardless of the season, the house offers many activities, whether you are an outdoor enthusiast or not, it provides a wonderful experience for singles, romantic couple-getaways, and family vacations. Make a fire in the evenings (or during the day when the weather is cool) to really feel like you are in the country. The natural pond area is partially shaded, equipped with gas grill and hammock, extends 30 feet behind the house and is great for entertaining or simply lounging. The treks deck off the kitchen with teak outdoor furniture and swing, and deck off the master bedroom offer additional relaxation areas. A beach, with lifeguards during summer season, is the length of 1 city block from the house. Enjoy swimming, fishing, water sports and more in a lovely tranquil setting.
