We have begun the process of selling our NH Lakes region vacation home. This home is located about two hours from Boston. This house is properly winterized and is currently used year round. The house is private on all sides. The property abuts conservation land and groomed snow mobile trails. (there is private access to the trails from our property) We are just a couple hundred yards away from the lake and Ossipee Lake Marina which rents boats, jet skis and many other things. You can also launch your own private crafts there. Abutting that marina is a beach club with large sandy beach. The home was gutted in 2014 and an extensive rehab completed. New floors throughout, new pine walls to give it that log cabin feel, new doors to include front door and slider, new bathroom, new fireplace, painted in its entirety, new furniture which we will include and much more. We are less than five miles to the nearest ski mountain, (King Pine) about 15 miles away down 153 is North Conway shops restaurants and Cranmore Mountain. We have a few restaurants that are about 5 miles, (Hobbs, Yankee Smokehouse) We also are very close to some fun with go karts, laser tag, mini golf, fireworks all about 5 miles from the house.
