Included are 2 adult Kayaks, 2 youth kayaks, and a peddle boat. Winter access to the property is downhill, but neighbors use the road daily and share maintenance. Our family stayed there all last winter and never had a problem leaving. An all wheel drive or four-wheel-drive is recommended. Renter is responsible to pay utilities, or a utility cost can be worked into rent. Plowing will be provided for main road, but renter is responsible for driveway and around vehicles. The house has recently been remodeled and insulated Rental Period Oct 15, 2024 - April 15, 2025. Longer terms available if needed at different rate Internet included
