Very nice first floor apartment with laundry in basement. Dryer is available in as is condition.(Works fine, but if it breaks down, owner will not replace). There are hookups for a washer if tenant wants to bring his own. Tenant pays all the utilities and must provide evidence of TENANT INSURANCE. Landlord pays for garbage, lawn maintenance and snow removal. Landlord also provides 3 window air conditioning units, and there are 3 ceiling fans installed in the apartment. NO SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
