Fircrest Village Apartments is a small and quiet apartment complex located on Cherry Court in Stayon, Oregon. The community features 16 apartments that are all 2 bedroom 1 bath and are either on the first or second floor. Our community is well maintained, clean, quiet, cozy and features a coin operated laundry room along with rentable garages. We are a pet friendly community; small pets under 50lbs welcome . We are a SMOKE FREE community, but we do have a small smoking area for residents that is located away from the buildings. We will have an upstairs 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment with a balcony. This unit features laminate flooring all through out the unit, a spacious living room, hallway closet, hallway laundry room closet, large bathroom with timer fan, and two large bedrooms with closets. The kitchen is also very practical with plenty of cabinet space and cozy dining area OR breakfast nook. You can also find an above range microwave in the kitchen and a dishwasher. 12 month lease required. Security Deposit $1375 - $2,750, Screening Fee :$60 per adult, every adult 18 & older is required to submit an application. Screening fees are non-refundable and include a criminal background check, rental history verification, income verification and credit check.
