The lagoon is peaceful and shields the property from the winds of the lake while being connected to it and leading out to it for easy access. The cabin borders on an easement and the properties surrounding the cabin are expansive giving open views across large properties to both lagoon and forested/treed properties. We are from San Pedro, California, about 3 hours from Big Bear, and love both the beach down here and the mountains up here. We love to hike, ski and wander through the woods and preserves to enjoy nature. We love sharing and hosting the place with people so they can enjoy all the amazing things mountain life and Big Bear has to offer. You have direct access to the lake just steps away, the area has lots of open space when compared to other neighborhoods and the open views give you a sense of space and tranquility. Still the area is flat and near downtown for easy access in and out and to restaurants and shops. In addition, the bike path is right out front and if you ride to the right you can enjoy long rides in beautiful shoreline neighborhoods or turn left to right downtown. This area is quiet and protected from the winds with the lake lagoon, docks and shoreline steps away. New Concrete driveway, walkways and parking for three cars.
