Rent Payment Tenant agrees to pay monthly rent in the amount of $2,000, due on the 10th day of each month. A 5-day grace period is provided. If rent is not received by the 15th, a late fee of $75 every 5 days will be applied starting from the 16th until payment is made in full. 2.
