This split entry home has been mostly redone other than kitchen and basement. In the fall we had all new siding, front porch, living room window (rest of windows were already replaced) outside lights and outlets. I'm just now finishing up all new interior doors, trim and baseboard upstairs, house hardwood floors, custom tiled shower in master bath, furnace and A/C was replaced about 4 years ago, just had septic pumped out and as far as we know it hasn't been pumped in 15 years so it lasts a long time! Has a 2 car attached garage with technically a 3rd! 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath, half of basement finished (dated) and have isn't. 10' x 10' shed, property is 2.05 perfectly flat acres, great neighbor's! We pay $200 a year to maintain road which is bad again from weather but beautiful out here very private that deadends so there is no thru traffic! Appliances stay except for washer and dryer. The list goes on and on! We honestly had no intensions of selling that's why we have done all of this work but my daughter really wanted it and we were closing in 2 weeks but some things are going on and might not happen so I am listing it because we have another house under contract!!
