Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay; just east of Carson City. Dayton is Nevada's first gold discovery town. Averaging 205 sunny days a year (all 4 seasons) you have the Dirt roads to ride the Quads all over town. The most snow average 12inchs. Chasers of history & trout have 2 riverfront stateparks; the Dayton state park is 152-acre. Each September is the annual Dayton Valley Days Extraviganza, a weekend filled with a parade, rodio, car show, games, autions& so much more. I'm really easy going person, month to month is best for flexibility. There is 2 acres of l to play on and a park in walking distance in the back yard. Please be respectful of everything. This is a well property, you must not drop anything down or mess with the water supply. If you have an animal I might consider with a pet deposit. (But I have been lied to and the animals have caused damage in the past)
