The room is a really comfortable, private space with plenty of natural light, a desk if you need to work, and a large walk in closet so you are not living out of a suitcase. You will also have your own bathroom plus a microwave and mini fridge in the room, which makes day to day living super easy. The shared spaces feel relaxed and lived in, not overly formal. You will have access to the full kitchen if you like to cook, and the home is set up in a way that gives you both privacy and the option to feel at home in the common areas. It is a great setup for someone who wants their own space but also a comfortable environment to come back to after a long day. Lease terms are long term but open to shorter stays if it is a good fit. Utilities are included in rent. No smoking inside and no drug use allowed. One dog on site friendly with people but not good with other animals. Clean respectful living expected.

There are currently no other roommates so you will be sharing the home with just me who is a landscape designer. It is a calm and low traffic environment. Open to adding another roommate in the future with a good respectful fit.
