OCCUPANCY LIMITS: Maximum of 2 people per bedroom. BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP: We reserve the right to refuse rental to anyone who is disrespectful, threatening, is argumentative, or in general displays an attitude at the time of the unit showing and application process that causes management to believe we would not have a positive business relationship. OTHER: No smoking allowed on premise. Application Reviewal Process: 1. The application is reviewed by owner. 2. Owner will notify applicant(s) within 72 hours with approval or denial. 3.
