Home Details - Bright, modern attached duplex - 2,602 total sq ft - Built in 2015 - Newly landscaped and fenced backyard hangout area - I have two friendly middle-aged dachshunds named Martin and Enzo - No additional pets The main floor living room has a 55" tv, and the basement living room has a 75" tv - Non-smoking house - Available November 11 (I'm traveling later the week before) and will prorate rent. The initial lease is to go until July 31, with the option to renew for a full year. - Exterior security cameras on-site - Home access via electronic lock Top Floor Bedroom + Private Full Bath (Bed One) The top-floor spacious bedroom is available for rent and features oversized vaulted ceilings and a walk-in closet. The bedroom measures 14' 1" by 13' 7" feet (191 total sq ft), while the convenient walk-in closet is 6.6 feet by 5 feet. The room is bright, with tall north- and east-facing windows providing ample natural light and enough space for a desk or workspace. A private full bathroom is included next to the bedroom entrance. The bathroom also has tall ceilings, plenty of storage, a makeup counter, a double shower head with a rain head and wand attachment, and a tub. Rent is $1550 monthly plus deposit. Basement Bedroom + Private Full Bath (Bed Two) The furnished (or unfurnished if desired) basement bedroom is available for rent and features tall ceilings and a built-in closet. The bedroom measures 12.2 feet by 10.6 feet, while the closet with built-in is 5.25 feet by 25 inches (140 total sq ft). Although in the basement, the room is bright, with south-facing windows providing ample natural light, including a small desk, a new comfy foam mattress bed, nightstands, and a lamp. A private full bathroom is included next to the bedroom entrance. The bathroom also has tall ceilings, vanity storage, a double shower head with a rain head and wand attachment, and a tub. The basement bedroom provides a little added privacy, but all roommates share the bright, spacious basement living room. Rent is $1550 monthly plus deposit. **Rent** - Rent payment includes all utilities, twice monthly housekeeping, and most available video streaming services. - Rent doesn't include disposable items like toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, coffee, etc. - Refundable Deposit equals one month's rent and is due at lease signing. - Must perform background check and earn at least three times the rent monthly to qualify Utilities are included in the monthly rent. The refundable deposit is equal to one month's rent. If rent is prorated due to your move-in date, your first month's rent equals a full month, and the second month, you'll be charged the prorated amount. The initial lease will start on your move-in date and terminate on July 31st, 2025, with the option to renew for another 12 months. No inside or within 20 feet of the exterior of the home.
