You cannot enter the buildings due to mold. Homes are being sold "as is, where is" and no repairs will be made. I have attached the estimate from Mold-X to repair the buildings. Priced well below tax value if you have someone that doesn't mind putting the money into the repair. These would be wonderful rental properties after repairs.
