I have a 4 Bedroom 2 Bath house in Hinckley that most rehab is done, but still needs finishing some plumbing, some electrical, some insulation, some sheetrock, install flooring, install interior doors, install kitchen cabinets and sinks, install electrical wiring to new furnace and ac and heating ducts to bed room and bath. Roofing and decking, framing hallway, closets and garage, finish vinyl siding and aluminum sofit and facia, reconstruct deck, install retaining wall under deck, plus misc. Finish the house by April 1st 2023 and get 7 months free rent (April thru October). you must pay electric and propane (tank is full $800. pay up front). The work must be done up to city code and pass inspection. If you choose to stay after Free 7 Months, November 1st 2023 rent will be $800. per month plus ( $800 deposit must be paid when you accept the job) and plus utilities (electric and gas). Total $1600 upon accepting the job. I will provide materials and or pay for approved materials. Renter pays Electricity, Propane (heating fuel), Internet, Cable TV Renter responsible for mowing lawn and plowing driveway
