Your stay at Lakeshore Adrift is complemented by full access to a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to create culinary masterpieces, a covered deck overlooking the lake and pool, and a downstairs living area with shuffleboard and wet bar. Child-friendly amenities include a high-chair, Pack-N-Play, and dinnerware. Enjoy the private dock for mooring your boat, two kayaks with life jackets, high-end toiletries, towels, beach towels, and amenities. Relax by the fire pit with a sitting area or in the hot tub overlooking the lake. This home is pet-friendly with a two-dog allowance and no pet fee. An additional dog may be allowed with an additional fee. The pool will be heated to a minimum of 80 degrees through the April 1 to October 31 pool season. Lake Norman's waterfront offers kayaking or a joyous pontoon ride, with 500 miles of shoreline and many waterfront restaurants to explore. Fishing, outdoor activities, and nature trails await the explorers at heart. Maximum overnight occupancy is 16 and maximum daytime occupancy is 20. This property has two active security cameras on the premises, one pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock. The fireplaces in this home are not functional and for aesthetic purposes only. The garage at this home is not accessible to renters. Lake Norman water levels are managed by Duke Power, and unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any depth of water at this property.
