The kitchen contains marble-top counters, as do the master and guest bathrooms. The townhouse is a 10 minute walk from the Rahway NJ Transit train station, with hourly trains to Newark International Airport and NY Penn Station. It is also a short walk to Rahway's main street, which has numerous restaurants, a brewery, a farmer's market on Thursdays, and an art theater. The townhouse is part of a community association. The association is responsible for maintaining the lawns and shrubberies outside. They are also responsible for some outside repairs, such as roof and steps repairs. During the winter, the association will be responsible for shoveling sidewalks, steps, and the roads inside the community. The renter is responsible for all utilities: gas, electric, water, and broadband internet. The owner is responsible for the monthly association maintenance fee.
