In 2007, the entire third floor was converted into a closet/linen/living area, with shelving added for clothes and shoes.In 2008, the front porch rubber roofing was completely replaced to remove leaks. In 2011, the back porch rubber roofing AND wooden frame underneath was replaced with new material.In 2009, carpet was replaced with laminate wood flooring on the first and second floor. The original wood flooring lays underneath the laminate. In 2011, a back deck was added, and a new gas furnace for central heat was added. In 2013, a $30,000 upgrade was completed. In the basement, the water supply was replaced with new copper tubing. The basement shower was updated with new fixtures and the basement was painted with an oil-based paint.
