home buyer was not able to get credit repaired. it is back on the market. This home has 3 full bedroom, a storage room the size of a bedroom(no window). the big bedroom upstairs has a walk-though toy room. that use to be a bedroom. the main bathroom has washer and dryer hookups, in 1999, the remodel added a living room, master bed and bath and a big bedroom upstairs. back yard has fence around, we have rented and the renters did not water the front yard. so will need some landscaping. just replace the roof on main house.
