Enjoyed raising our children here, all grown and on their own. More then meets the eye. This house has been updated and modernized. There are 2 new finished rooms in the basement. Has a new roof with ice and water shield over the complete roof 2 years ago. New front walkway and front steps. Storage shed 4 years ago. Has a 2 person infrared sauna. There is a wood stove for heating or power outages. Also has a fireplace insert for additional heat if you like to heat with wood. I did for many years. The main source of heat is a Weil Mclain oil burner furnace that has been updated and maintained regularly which also heats the hot water for unlimited hot water, which saves from not having a hot water heater. Many rooms have been updated and remodeled. This house never had smokers and pet free. We were gardeners and have an area in the back yard for a garden. Also in the back yard is a fire pit for a relaxing evening.
