RENTAL HISTORY/HOME OWNERSHIP: 2 years of verifiable, positive history required. Two or more late rental payments in a 12-month period, or any evictions will be an automatic denial. Copy of current, non-delinquent mortgage statement will be acceptable for proof of home ownership. If you own a home and are renting it out, you will need to provide a copy of a current lease agreement between you and your tenants with Proof of monthly deposits.
