Utilities Monthly rent includes all utilities, pest control, and sewage services. A utility allowance of up to $100 per bedroom per month is provided (e.g., $200 for a two-bedroom unit). Any overage beyond the monthly cap will be the responsibility of the tenant. Supplies A starter supply of essential items such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and similar household necessities is provided at move-in for your convenience.
