After July you can go month to month or sign another lease for anywhere between 3 and 13 months. We are offering $300 per month left on the lease at the time of signing which brings the normal rent of $1319 down to $1019. The apartment is in the Springs at Bettendorf property which includes a pool, 24 hour workout center, and dog park on site. Dogs and cats are allowed with a $15 monthly pet fee. There is ample lot parking included in rent. Utilities are not included in rent, but on average about $45 per month. Washer/Dryer in unit; central air and heat controlled in unit; wired for DirectTV; stainless steel appliances; granite countertops in kitchen and bathrooms; three large, walk-in closets and two linen closets. Normal rent in this apartment is $1319 but we are offering $300 per remaining month as a payment up front at the time that the sublease forms are signed.
