    This older manufactured home is in excellent condition and is located on a nice, quiet cul-de-sac lane in a park-like setting. You won't find a better deal anywhere on the mountain. This is a great piece of property!! Seller is an estate...the former owner took great pride in creating a quality residence. This is an older home but, like a fine wine, it is better for its age.
