White chic Cal king bed, 2 nightstands, 2 dressers, wall mounted smart TV. Double doors. Room is on the opposite side of the house or optimum privacy. Large 4 bedroom house- Current tenants: Me, 35 year old (homeowner) I'm here approx: every other weekend with my son to visit family. 45 year old female w/ 13 year old daughter - (They share other large room) keeps to them selves, quiet- very clean and respectful. Looking to rent out master and one other room to possibly a single parent. Open to others. Must be drug and drama free. Willing to pitch in and clean the shared home. No parties, no one bringing home randoms from the bar or things like that. I'm open to a six month or one year lease. No smoking inside the home. No drugs. Social drinking is fine. I'm open to behaved pets and one that gets along with my dog. She is a four-year-old cockapoo and hyper allergenic. She does not shed and I'd rather not have a dog who sheds heavily. This is not a party house, it is more geared towards a family friendly environment. I want a tenant who cleans up after themselves and pitches in to keep the house looking clean and enjoyable for everyone. All utility costs are covered in the rent
