Pets are allowed with a $250 per pet non-refundable deposit and $25/month pet rent. 5. Applications can be submitted through Zillow or MyRental.com which charges a $37 application fee which is non-refundable and used to perform the background check. 6. A full month's rent plus one month deposit & utilities is required for move in. 7. A fixed amount is charged for utilities typically around $120 depending on how many people will be living in the unit.
