Upstairs tenants: The house upstairs is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom with 2 siblings, a 43 yo F and 37 year old M and one small chihuahua terrier mix. We are mostly pretty quiet and very friendly. We are open to socializing and sharing the upstairs fuller kitchen with a downstairs tenant, but only if they are following strict Covid safety and distancing protocols. Otherwise, there will be a full kitchenette setup downstairs with induction cooktop, toaster oven, microwave, refrigerator, sink, counter space, etc. Rent includes utilities and up to 2 tenants. 1 cat or 1 small dog will be also considered with a $200 pet deposit. $1500 deposit for the room plus first month rent required for move in.
