No pets will be allowed. No smoking of any kind is allowed inside of property. No use, possession or growing of marijuana is allowed in or on the property. Occupancy standard: No more than 5 tenants. If the either the income or credit requirements cannot be met but all other aspects of the applicant's application meet posted criteria, Landlord may be able to offer an exception by requiring additional pre-paid amounts.
