A dreamy, quiet office with flexible rental terms. First and last months rent due at signing. Option to sign 3 month, 6 month, or month-to-month lease. Rent includes all utilities (water, sewer, garbage, internet). Partially furnished space. This is not a serviced office. Unzoned, free parking is available on Bowdoin or up one street on 40th Ave. Client visits are not permitted. Using this as a business address is not permitted. Pets are not permitted. Smoking, vaping, and/or the use of drugs and alcohol are not permitted. Several neighbors and myself are working from home and/or schooling children from home.
