Residents have access to over 9 acres of grounds, with walking trails, an outdoor pool and hot tub and playground area. We have a party house and guest suites that are available to residents. We do not have a gym on the property but do have an agreement set up with a local gym in town called the Weight Room where you would pay us $10 a month for each person to have unlimited access to the gym. Rent includes all utilities except for gas and electric. Average is $75 to $100. Rent also include WIFI and expanded basic cable.
