Our place has an amazing view of Lake Dillon and the surrounding mountains. It is close to Keystone Ski Resort, Breckenridge Ski Resort, concerts, farmer's markets and hiking/ mountain biking right out the front door. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and small families. Sorry, dogs are not allowed for renters according to HOA rules. A small shopping area with a coffee shop, Irish pub, carry out pizza, and liquor store is within walking distance. Lake Dillon is also within walking distance by taking the bike path. The bike path runs right by the condo and goes all the way around the lake or connects to other bike paths going to all other areas of Summit County, Vail, and beyond. Walking distance to Summit Stage bus stop, a free bus to all of Summit County. We are looking for a 12 month rental agreement starting October 2020. The rent includes everything except for cable tv and internet. Those would need to be set up by the renter.
