Motion detectors in front and back Quiet and safe neighborhood in a Country type setting with woods in front and back of duplex. Walking distance to a plaza. 12x20 back porch Central heat and air Common areas are furnished, no room for more furniture. Absolutely NO smoking (inside or out) and NO drinking allowed. Evicted if this is violated as stated in the contract. Best to have your own car. Bus line is 1 mile from here. You are responsible for your own transportation. Utilities included. Internet service. No cable. Room is cable ready. You pay cable service if you want it. I use Hulu (5.99 a month) and a antenna. Renter must be an honest, reliable, trustworthy, clean, respectful person with good communication skills and one who likes my pets. Deposit is 1 month rent. Rent is due on the first of each month.
