The home sits above the garage, so there is an exterior staircase to reach the front door. The first floor has 2 QUEEN bedrooms each with balcony access, two full bathrooms and a game room/den with a FULL sleep sofa. Feel free to bring your gaming equipment to enjoy in the game room. The second floor has the kitchen, dining and living area, with access to the second balcony. The third floor has the primary bedroom suite with a KING bed and an attached full bathroom, and a large open loft area with 2 BUNK BEDS - TWIN over FULL over a TWIN trundle. In the loft you will also find an elliptical and yoga mat for your fitness needs, and a small desk and chair for working from home. The loft opens to the 3rd balcony with gorgeous views. PLEASE NOTE: This home sits at the very end of North Topsail Beach, where the ocean meets the sounds. This is NOT a safe place to swim due to the high risk of rip currents.
